چکیده
In late 2010 , a request was made by members of the public to the Monterey County Board of Supervisors (the Board) to ban the use of smart meters in Monterey County due to concerns about potential adverse health effects. On January I Ph, 2011 , the Board requested that the Monterey County Health Department review the literature and produce a report summarizing scientific findings related to smart meters and any potential adverse health effects.
